Marina has 18 years of professional experience in Brazil and abroad. She has a solid track record in Brasília interacting with Legislators, technical advisors, and executive branch agencies. Her main skill is to manage multistakeholder projects, connecting civil society, the private sector and public authorities in a strategic and ethical manner. She works in the analysis of legislative agendas, formulation of advocacy strategies, and coalition building. As an advocacy professional, she has worked on issues such as early childhood rights, digital literacy, climate, and coordinated several awareness campaigns on public health related issues, such as: rare diseases, oncology, and immunization. Marina holds a degree in International Relations from Universidade de Brasília and specialized in Brazilian Economics and Globalization at the Foundation Institute of Economic Research (FIPE).

Henrique has over 20 years of professional experience in the private sector in Brazil and abroad. His main skill lies in the intersection between market intelligence and public policy formulation in highly regulated sectors such as the electricity sector, infrastructure, financial markets, and IT, as well as the development of stakeholder engagement strategies to promote sectoral agendas. Before starting Interface, he directed an international government relations and corporate communications consultancy in Brazil. Henrique holds a degree in International Relations from UnB and a master's degree in International Economics with research in Policies for Attracting International Investments in the Latin American energy sectors from the University of Barcelona and FLACSO-Argentina. He is currently also the Latin America director of the Global Methane Hub, an international foundation that combats methane emissions.
